He does not know the real content of the package, and believes that it belongs to a British /American medical doctor who died in a raid here, and before giving up, trusted me to hand over the package to his Family.

I am ready to compensate you with 55% of the $25,500,000  million USD for your assistance.I do not know how long we will remain here, and I have been shot, wounded and survived two suicide bomb attacks by the special grace of God, this and other reasons I will mention later has prompted me to reach out for help.

Since I am still working for the government, I cannot keep or send this money to America for the time being because i don't have any trustworthy person to act as my next of kin. Therefore, I just want you to act as my next of kin to receive it in your country or anyhwere you are . Honestly, if I fail to move this money soonest before I leave this country I will lose it.Dear, this is what i would like you to do, once you receive this money, you should take $13,000,000 for your compensation , take $1,000.000 for orphanage homes and keep the remaining to start up investment  until i meet you there. As you know because of the war here in Yemen it is not possible to keep such amount of money here in war zone as government policy here now is difficult and strict mainly since the crisis started. I agree that 55% of this money will be for you as foreign partner/friend, in respect to the provision of a new business partner/friend, while 40% will be for me. Then the remaining 5% will be used for charity to help the less privileged.
